It can be depends on monthly achievement. Manager always orders to reduce the food quantity and increase water level and heat 2-3 times. It can manage wastages so he can easily show the variances to his upper employer. 2. Unbelievable and unbearable pressure that manager will pressurized his staffs for monthly achievement but he'll not support at any group work neither with his opinion nor with his work. And everytime he'll keep his staff on illusion not even only manager whole company's upper level employer did the same thing. 3. I worked approx 1 year but in this duration HR didn't came once for Asking his/her employee for everything okkay or not. It shows how irresponsible HR in this company. One of them is Harish and another Employer that called ZDM is Ashish Gupta. 4. After leaving company when I realised that I didn't get my PF properly means they didn't provide me Pension, that is my right to get pension and without pension I can't withdraw my PF so I tried to contact with ZDM and HR. They directly declined to help me out. So I strongly recommend you not to join this company cause there is no job security no PF security, Irresponsible HR and it's whole team, extraordinary pressure, I'll can surely say that you'll be traumatized and can be depressed.
