Senior Engineering Manager - Unity Platform

• Drive Platform Innovation: Lead the charge to enhance the Unity platform. You?ll scale it to handle massive traffic while improving reliability, performance, and scalability.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of deep technical expertise, with a focus on distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
• At least 4+ years of leadership experience, with a track record of managing high-performing engineering teams.
• Proven Leadership: You?ve led engineering teams to deliver scalable, reliable platforms. You know how to build high-performing teams and keep them motivated.
• Operational Focus: You?re a pro at designing for uptime, managing SLAs/SLOs, and building robust monitoring and incident response systems.
