About The Role. The Talent Account Executive role at Rippling provides an extremely unique opportunity -were looking for talented and ambitious Account Executives who can both manage a high velocity sales cycle while also navigating a very strategic sales process. Working closely with the Account Management team, you will identify opportunities within our customer base and manage the end to end sales cycle.
What You Will Do. Work closely with Account Management team to identify and cross sell opportunities within our customer base for our Talent products. Manage pipeline in Salesforce to accurately forecast revenue. Run sales calls with short deck presentation and detailed product demo. Close business and achieve quota attainment consistently. Act as a product expert and understand our positioning across the competitor landscape.
What You Will Need. BA/BS Degree. 3+ years sales experience, particularly in SaaS markets selling B2B talent solutions. Proven track record of success (top 10% of sales org). Experience working with a current install base in a high-velocity environment. Experience selling ATS, Performance management software and/or familiarity with HCM/HRIS related products.
