Oracle HCM (Human Capital Management) Functional & Technical Consultant

Position: Oracle HCM Consultant / Senior Specialist

Role Overview:
We seek an experienced and driven Oracle HCM Consultant with 1 to 5 years of experience to join our growing team. This role involves leading Oracle Cloud HCM implementation and optimization efforts, supporting key HR processes, and ensuring the seamless operation of HCM solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices, expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, and the ability to manage complex projects, working closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementing Oracle HCM Cloud projects, from gathering business requirements to configuring and deploying modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, Workforce Management, and Learning.
• Lead optimization and support initiatives for existing Oracle HCM applications, including regular updates and troubleshooting
• Design and document HCM solutions, translating business requirements into functional specifications, workflows, and configurations that optimize HR processes.
• Manage relationships with business leaders and HR stakeholders to ensure that HCM solutions meet organizational needs. 
• Perform advanced configurations and customizations of Oracle HCM applications.
• Lead testing activities including functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Oversee data migration efforts, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Manage integration with other enterprise systems, such as Payroll and ERP, to ensure seamless data flow.
• Create user manuals, configuration documents, and support documentation for system users and administrators.

Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud, including configuration, integration, and report generation. Familiarity with Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) tools and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a plus.
• Deep understanding of HR processes, policies, and regulations. Experience in end-to-end HRIS implementations, from system design to go-live support.
• Experience leading or managing small to medium-sized projects, working with cross-functional teams, and delivering solutions within project timelines.
• Strong analytical skills to identify areas for improvement, troubleshoot issues, and provide efficient solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present complex technical information to non-technical audiences and engage with senior stakeholders.
• Oracle Cloud HCM certifications or equivalent Oracle HCM certifications.
• Experience with Oracle HCM integration tools and methodologies.
• Prior experience working in an Agile environment or leading Agile-based projects.
• Exposure to additional Oracle technologies, such as Oracle ERP or Oracle Integration Cloud, is a plus.
