Role Overview:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Oracle EPM Consultant with 2 to 5 years of experience to lead the deployment and optimization of Oracle EPM solutions. You will be responsible for designing and implementing Oracle EPM Cloud applications such as Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud (PBCS), Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), and other related solutions to streamline financial processes, improve reporting accuracy, and drive business performance. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, financial systems knowledge, and a proven ability to manage projects from conception to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Oracle EPM Cloud implementation projects including Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud (PBCS), Oracle Profitability and Cost Management Cloud (PCMCS), and other relevant applications. Guide the end-to-end process, from gathering requirements to go-live.
• Design and configure Oracle EPM solutions to meet specific business needs, including setting up financial models, data flow structures, and reporting templates. Customize Oracle EPM solutions as necessary to align with company requirements.
• Analyze current financial processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Drive automation, streamline workflows, and ensure Oracle EPM solutions enhance the organizations financial planning, forecasting, and reporting activities.
• Oversee system integration efforts between Oracle EPM and other systems, including ERP solutions. Manage testing processes for integrations, data validation, and overall system performance.
• Lead the data migration and transformation efforts, ensuring data is migrated accurately and efficiently into Oracle EPM applications. Work with stakeholders to clean, validate, and test financial data.
• Develop comprehensive user training programs and materials. Provide training and ongoing support to finance teams and business users on Oracle EPM functionality, reporting tools, and best practices.
• Design and implement reports, dashboards, and analytics that provide actionable insights to key stakeholders. Ensure data accuracy and that financial reporting meets regulatory and business requirements.

Qualifications:

•  Strong understanding of financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting. Experience working with finance teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Advanced technical knowledge of Oracle EPM applications, including configuration, Essbase, data integration, and reporting. Familiarity with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) or similar integration tools is a plus.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and deliver complex projects on schedule.
• Ability to analyze complex data, troubleshoot issues, and design solutions that enhance financial reporting and planning capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively engage with senior stakeholders, both technical and business-focused, and lead meetings and workshops.
• Oracle EPM certifications (e.g., Oracle Hyperion Planning, Oracle PBCS, Oracle FCCS) are highly desirable.
• Prior experience with integration between EPM and ERP systems such as Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Experience working in Agile or waterfall project environments.
• Proficiency with financial analysis tools and reporting.
