Oracle Hcm Functional Consultant

Should have a minimum of 4 years of experience on end-to-end fusion implementation projects.

• Should be able to handle independently configuration and solutioning as per business requirements.
• Good Business Knowledge on Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM Modules like Payroll with a Fast Formula, Absence Management, and Time and Labor (OTL) with a Fast Formula, ORC, Comp & benefits.
• The candidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment.
• Lead experience is Preferred, should have led, and delivered complex business solutions with client-facing experience.
• To lead the overall solution from an Oracle Fusion Functional Human Capital perspective for complex projects.
