I Enjoy working at pret a manager for serval reason.firstly, i take a pride in being part of an international brand with a ruputation for qulity and excellence. Additionally, I thrives on engaging with customers and ensuring they have positive experience in our store. As a Shift Manger , I appreciate the responsibility of leading my team and over seeking daily operations.

1. Different CTC is shared and different payment is received 2. NO Overtime Payment 3. Additional work hours due to low staffing 4. Company implies no Hire policy randomly for months 5. Ops manager, Area Manager do not bother what good store do, they just play mail mail and question store team
