When I am working in Starbucks I feel it's an family culture I really like that

There are so many points which I dislike in Starbucks....... 1st point there was no promotion after being shift supervisor very slow grow rate which I don't like the most...& By any chance any growth will come in district so district manager will do politics and about appraisal that is also worst part they always increase 6 to 7% which is come around 1k to 1.2k only and if some people are questioning about appraisal and n all so our district manager who was Vikrant patil he rudely said this good for you if you want to continue the job it's good either you can leave I am happy not inforsing any one that is very hurtful for me and I left the job very after spending 7 wonderful years over there and I am not recommend this job to any of my friends and family it's just waste of time politics is too high nowdays in Starbucks...Read More
