Its a startup so there is no bench concept here. If you are capable to justify your work you can survive. People become friends

Dislikes

Yearly bonus is compulsory so whenever u leave organization you will loose appraisal or bonus. Mediclaim facility is a myth. NO CANTEEN PF is very less so no money will be costed to company n salary looks big. 8am office strictly. No appraisal from last 4 years to anyone.
