Good place to work with manageable pressure, which depends on the project and your manager. As long as you're focused on client engagement and satisfaction, and on time delivery no one will interfere. Dislikes

Entry as a fresher is good, but with experience, I feel underpaid. There’s no proper café or food availability, and aside from the salary, there are no additional benefits literally nothing. There’s no work-from-home option, and even if you visit home once a year for a week, you may still be asked to return to the office for tasks that could be managed remotely.
