We are hiring an experienced Oracle HCM Specialist to lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions for our global enterprise clients. This role is crucial in optimizing HR planning, payroll, talent management, and workforce processes through Oracle Fusion HCM.

Facets of your Responsibilities

Oracle HCM Implementation & Configuration

• Customize and configure Oracle Fusion HCM applications to meet client-specific requirements.
• Implement and configure Fusion HCM modules Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Performance Management, etc. Payroll is a must.
• Design and implement workflows, approvals, and notifications within Fusion HCM.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics in Fusion HCM to support decision-making.

Business & Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with the functional team to understand business processes and design optimal solutions.
• Align business requirements with system capabilities by working with cross-functional teams.
• Manage client expectations and ensure the delivery of high-quality HCM solutions.

Data Migration & Integration

• Lead system integration and data migration tasks to ensure seamless implementation.
• Ensure seamless integration with other Oracle and third-party applications.

Training, Documentation & Support

• Conduct training sessions for end-users on Oracle Fusion HCM functionalities.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes.
• Provide ongoing support, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user support.
• Monitor system performance and resolve issues proactively.

An Ideal candidate: 

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM in a functional role (on-premise and Cloud).
• Masters/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources ; Graduation in Engineering would be an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Applications (EBS, Fusion, or Cloud).
• Proven experience in leading the end-to-end implementation of at least two Oracle HCM project.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modules Payroll is mandatory.
• Experience in system integration, data migration, and Oracle configurations.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, Talent Management, Payroll, and Workforce Management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and client expectations efficiently.
