Innovacx is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to innovative Oracle SCM implementations, working in a collaborative environment to deliver cutting-edge solutions that meet customer needs.

As an Oracle SCM Functional Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering Oracle SCM Cloud module implementations for both offshore and onshore client engagements.

Facets of your Responsibilities :

- Gather and analyze customer business processes and mapping them to SCM modules such as Procurement, Order Management/Pricing, Inventory Management, Product Data Hub (PDH), Manufacturing, Costing, and other SCM Cloud solutions

- Collaborate with customers to analyze their business processes and align them with EBS/Fusion ERP

- Lead end-to-end implementation processes, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-production support, ensuring successful project delivery.

- Provide expert guidance on Oracle Cloud SCM best practices, optimizations, and industry-leading methodologies.

- Take ownership of project delivery, working collaboratively with the team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

- Explore and leverage other Oracle products, including both on-premises and cloud applications, such as OTM, Maintenance, Service Logistics, and WMS.

- Act as a Team Lead, fostering team productivity and effective customer engagement.

- Actively participate in business development initiatives and client relationship management.

An Ideal Candidate :

- 5-10 years of experience, with at least 5+ years in Oracle ERP consulting, solutioning, or implementation.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, or related field equivalent experience (domain/industry experience is an added advantage)

- Expertise in at least two Fusion/EBS SCM modules (e.g, Supply/Demand/Sales & Operations Planning, Fusion Product Data Hub, Fusion Procurement, Order Management, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Maintenance).

- Strong work experience on at least two end-to-end Oracle ERP implementation projects.

- Proficiency in Oracle methodology, procedures, and best practices.

- Ability to design and configure detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

- Leadership skills to guide teams and act as a trusted consultant to client management.

- Willingness to travel for short- or long-term onsite assignments as required

- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities; ability to build rapport with team members and clients.

- Strong problem-solving and independent judgment skills
