We are hiring an experienced Oracle EPM Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions for our global clients. This role is crucial in enabling businesses to optimize their financial planning, reporting, and consolidation processes.

Facets of your Responsibilities:

Oracle EPM Implementation & Configuration

• Implement and configure Oracle EPM Cloud solutions based on business requirements.
• Design and develop financial models, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes.
• Optimize financial planning & reporting workflows in collaboration with finance & IT teams.

Integration & Data Management

• Develop and maintain data integration between EPM applications and source systems (ERP, Data Warehouses).
• Manage metadata, business rules, calculations, and security settings within EPM applications.
• Support month-end and year-end financial close processes within FCCS (Financial Consolidation & Close Cloud Service) or HFM (Hyperion Financial Management).

Reporting & Analytics

• Create dashboards, reports, and analytics using Oracle Smart View, Financial Reports, and other reporting tools.
• Ensure high-quality financial reporting and compliance with business needs.

Training, Support & Continuous Improvement

• Provide training and documentation for end-users and support teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical & functional issues in Oracle EPM applications.
• Stay updated with Oracle EPM features, updates, and best practices.

An Ideal candidate: 

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud.
• Masters/Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes.
• Experience with Oracle EPM Automation, Data Management (FDMEE), and Integration tools.
• Hands-on experience in writing business rules, calculations, and scripting (Groovy, MDX, SQL, VBA).
• Understanding of Oracle ERP (Fusion, EBS) integration with EPM.
• Proficiency in Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio, and Narrative Reporting.
• Oracle EPM Cloud certifications are a plus. Strong problem-solving and independent judgment skills.
• Excellent communication and client-handling abilities; ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
• Leadership skills to guide teams and act as a trusted consultant to clients.
