We are hiring a Pre-Sales Specialist who will play a critical role in driving business success by understanding customer needs, crafting tailored Oracle solutions, and collaborating with sales and technical teams. This role demands a strong blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and consultative selling skills to engage enterprise clients effectively. The candidate will be responsible for mapping business requirements to Oracle solutions and supporting clients in their digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Technical Analysis

• Engage with customers to understand business challenges and map them to Oracle solutions (CX/ ERP/ HCM/others).
• Analyze business requirements, develop process flows, and create compelling solution presentations.
• Configure and demonstrate Oracle applications based on industry use cases.

Market & Competitor Research

• Stay updated with industry trends, market needs, and competitive landscapes.
• Provide insights to enhance LJIs go-to-market strategy and product positioning.

Customer Engagement & Solutioning

• Conduct product demonstrations, proof of concepts (PoCs), and technical workshops.
• Effectively position ICXs Oracle-based solutions to meet client needs and business objectives.
• Address customer concerns and provide strategic recommendations.

Lead Generation & Business Development

• Identify potential clients and generate new business leads through various channels.
• Assist in creating proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation.

An Ideal candidate:

• 2-4 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or Business Analysis.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience in conducting product demonstrations, PoCs, and proposal writing.
• Strong MS Office skills MS Power point , Excel and Visio designs
• An MBA with majors in Marketing(preferred) from a Tier I Institute with a degree in Engineering (Computer Science stream preferred).
• Experience working on Oracle products will be an added advantage.
