Good place to work with manageable pressure, which depends on the project and your manager. As long as you're focused on client engagement and satisfaction, and on time delivery no one will interfere. While there are time constraints, the environment is flexible and understanding if you encounter any challenges. recreational activities are there. Big learning curve of cloud.

Dislikes

Entry as a fresher is good, but with experience, I feel underpaid. There’s no proper café or food availability, and aside from the salary, there are no additional benefits literally nothing. There’s no work-from-home option, and even if you visit home once a year for a week, you may still be asked to return to the office for tasks that could be managed remotely.

Management is poor.They dont select people who are skiled.Dont waste time by joining in training.There is lot of scam in recruitment process.They give lot of partiality between people.Very bad comapny culture

Based on team and work you will be assigned work. Some of my colleagues were working off time hours. Like they start their day at 9.30 in the morning and end their day at 11:00 in the night. Work life balance is a bit low. There is a bit of office politics which you observe at appraisal time.

Flexible work timings. Unlimited leaves. Good salaries and hikes. No pressure from superiors until there is an escalation.

Work life balance. Sometimes we need to work on weekends, till midnight if there is an issue

One of the best companies to work for. Its a start up , so work load is there sometime, but great learning opportunities.

Sometime one may feel disconnected due to language problem if you dont know telugu.
