We are hiring an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant to drive end-to-end implementation, optimization, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of supply chain processes and expertise in configuring and deploying Oracle Fusion SCM applications.

Facets of your Responsibilities:

Business Process Analysis & Solution Design:

• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud solutions.
• Map business processes to Fusion SCM modules, including Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, Product Management, Manufacturing, Costing, and Supply Chain Planning.
• Identify process gaps and recommend industry best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

Implementation & Support:

• Lead end-to-end implementation lifecycles, covering requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing (UAT), deployment, and post-production support.
• Conduct user training and change management to ensure smooth adoption.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, ensuring seamless business operations.

Fusion SCM Expertise & Optimization:

• Provide expert guidance on Fusion SCM Cloud best practices, standard configurations, and process enhancements.
• Work closely with business users to optimize system functionalities and enhance reporting capabilities.

Cross-Module & Integration Support:

• Collaborate with technical teams to support integrations between SCM, Finance, Manufacturing, and Logistics modules.
• Assist with Fusion data migration, reports, and custom extensions as needed.
• Explore and leverage other Oracle products, including both on-premises and cloud applications, such as OTM, Maintenance, Service Logistics, and WMS.

Business Development & Client Engagement:

• Support pre-sales activities, RFP responses, and client presentations.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

An Ideal Candidate:

• Min 5 years of experience as an Oracle SCM Functional Consultant, with at least 2+ years in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud.
• Minimum of 5+ years in Oracle ERP consulting, solutioning, or implementation.
• At least 2-3 End to end implementation experience is must
• Hands-on experience with Fusion Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, Manufacturing, Costing, and Supply Chain Planning.
• Experience in full lifecycle implementations, upgrades, and post-go-live support.
• Proficiency in Oracle methodology, procedures, and best practices.
• Ability to design and configure detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
• Leadership skills to guide teams and act as a trusted consultant to client management.
• Willingness to travel for short- or long-term onsite assignments as required.
• Good communication and client-handling abilities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-functional, global environment.
