HR and some director-level people do not listen to you. If you are not in their good books, you will not get any salary hike or promotions. The bad part is that these so-called Directors/HR teams make fun of people in an open forum; they don't know how to behave. Overall very TOXIC work environment. No job security, without evidance Hr will force you to Resign based on operation managers decision, not verifying the situation (Truth). Service delivery Managers/ have ZERO PEOPLE MANAGEMENT SKILLS Don't know how to talk with employees very unprofessional / Rude The funniest part about Hansen is nothing is confidential, you discuss something with HR, Finance and your Manager, within hours/day you will realize that it is no more confidential.
