Being product-based company, there is good learning opportunity.

Dislikes

HR and some director-level people do not listen to you. If you are not in their good books, you will not get any salary hike or promotions. The bad part is that these so-called Directors/HR teams make fun of people in an open forum; they don't know how to behave. If you don't listen to them, they will create a situation or force youto resign. Management was good during Sigma's days but has been worse since Hansen acquired it, as current Management and HR are just working as they wish....Read More
