Tamil biased company with no employee benefits or no work life balance. Tamil Organisation and favorism practiced by all management

Micromanaging employees and hiring interna and laying off good resources. Politics are played with no Tamilian employees for promotion and appraisal. expected to work on weekends and above working hours in weekdays

And also they hire new employees and give layoffs to old employees, this is the way they treat their employees. In spite of working so hard and working for almost 2.7 years for the company at the end you get this.
