I have faced nothing but dictatorship while working in Genpact, Trainers, FLMs are like the owner's of the office. They constantly take lectures on everything like when someone joins lil late, someone talks his mind, sometimes they speak like they threatening us in a way that we will loose jobs.. I don't suggest ppl to join in this company at all ,any company is better than this.

Dislikes

I dislike the rules, trainers, FLMs, project rules are more strict to than in real client rules

Their an job security. Every thing is good but if you didnt meet the targets need to work during weekends and also during weekdays also need to extend the shift if target not meets.
