No pre-planned meetings Meetings suddenly start for ROW Sales team and they do not adhere to time lines Micro management Asked to be on camera all day , while parellelly working on client calls Severe biased leadership Though hybrid work, asked to be in office all days and along with this, work is being done during our of office hours too. No minimal respect for reportees No work life balance Will be monitoring if I were working on Saturday too, or is away from system. Horrible place to work...Read More
