Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Import Export Executive with 2-4 years of hands-on experience in managing import operations and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international trade regulations, shipping procedures, and documentation, along with a proven ability to manage end-to-end order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle import processes, including documentation, customs clearance, and compliance with trade regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and shipping lines to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Oversee the complete order fulfillment process from order placement to final delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and delivery timelines.
• Resolve any issues related to customs, shipment delays, or discrepancies.
• Maintain Warehouse stock and inventory.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in import operations and order fulfillment.
• Knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping procedures.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and meet deadlines efficiently.
