RPA Developer

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Power Automate Cloud to automate workflows and enhance business processes.

2. Integrate Power Automate with SharePoint Online (O365) for automated solutions and process optimization.

3. Develop custom Power Apps to streamline automation and improve user interaction with systems.

4. Create and maintain technical documentation, including process flows, designs, and test cases.

5. Conduct unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and UAT to ensure RPA solutions meet business requirements.

6. Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Power Automate workflows to maintain system reliability.

7. Deploy, monitor, and optimize automation solutions, identifying areas for continuous improvement and efficiency gains.

Secondary Responsibilities:

1. Provide training and support to end-users on Power Automate, Power Apps, and related tools.

2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and align automation efforts with business goals.

3. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and integration of automation solutions.

4. Analyze business processes to identify areas for automation and workflow improvements.

5. Stay updated on RPA trends and best practices to drive ongoing process improvements.
