I'm working for IPPB relationship. This company is not a broker co it is a Referral Co only so you don't have any enhance in your career although you will degrade your career.

Dislikes

This is a startup & all the directors are near & dear to MD or CEO and these Directors are recruiting there near& dear person. If you don't have any links here you will be thrashed whether you are working excellent it doesn't matter. Some Directors have Zero % of knowledge they only depends on beauty of girls. They can change your department or designation whenever you will reply back to them. Money used as not in business development although used in for lavish but bill cut on the name of business but no-one cares ... These people will dissolve the co very soon. 2) there is only 3L medical insurance for employees but ID of that will be received by you after rigorous poking to HR.
