We are looking for an enthusiastic, tech-savvy individual who can effectively translate technical queries from our tech team to the operations team and assist in resolving any issues. This person will serve as a crucial bridge between the Tech, Product and Operations teams, ensuring smooth communication and problem-solving.
Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications (Framework required by the position) :
1. Experience in resolving technical errors, handling escalations
2. Effective in coordination with the external partners, internal teams.
3. To ensure that all operations parameters are met as per the agreed SLA.
4. To ensure the TAT and CSAT targets are met month on month basis.
5. B.Sc.(IT), Diploma in IT or Computers, MCA, or any other graduate technical qualification
6. Good Analytical and problem solving skills.
7. Good Knowledge of MS Excel.
