Lot of politics involved. People working from very long have created their monopoly and not giving major opportunities to new employees. There is no standard process charts followed. And growth is a hurdle in this type of system

Though the Top level Management is quiet good but the downline management is worst. Few team leaders in the organisation are making it worst to work in.
