Procurement Manager

Role Overview:

As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for negotiating with existing vendors, setting up a structured cost-tracking system, managing supplier relationships, and onboarding new vendors with full due diligence. You will work closely with finance, operations, and legal teams to ensure cost efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vendor Negotiation & Cost Optimization:
• Negotiate better pricing, terms, and contracts with current vendors.
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality.
• Procurement & Cost Tracking Processes:
• Develop and manage a system for tracking procurement costs and spending.
• Ensure transparency in vendor payments, contract renewals, and budget allocation.
• Vendor Relationship Management:
• Build strong, long-term partnerships with key suppliers.
• Resolve disputes and ensure vendors meet performance and service-level agreements (SLAs).
• New Vendor Sourcing & Due Diligence:
• Identify and onboard new vendors aligned with business needs.
• Conduct thorough financial, compliance, and operational due diligence before onboarding.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or vendor management.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and cost-reduction skills.
• Experience with procurement software, ERP systems, and cost-tracking tools.
• Understanding of compliance, risk assessment, and vendor evaluation.
• Ability to collaborate with finance, legal, and operations teams.
• Experience in fintech, insurance, or a regulated industry is a plus.
