Procurement Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands on Experience in RFIs RFP’s RFQ’s, Strategic sourcing, vendor management.
• Knowledge of Construction materials.
• Source and procure goods, services and materials from suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate prices, terms and conditions with suppliers.
• Evaluate bids and proposals to ensure the best value for the company.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions.
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve business objectives.
• PO creation for Project works with Vendor finalization & rate negotiations.

Person Specification:

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering with minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in Project Procurement.
• Should have good communication, negotiation and analytical skills
• Experience with Contract Management and supplier relationship management.
