Job Role and Responsibility

Business analytics and data-driven decision making is at the heart of our organization. Every function, be it Marketing, Sales or Operations, rely on data to make informed decisions and develop strategies and processes. This team is therefore at the core of driving all innovation efforts. Typical projects you may work on: retention & reactivation of 4L+ partners, sales productivity enhancement, hypothesis testing, branch level data visibility, cohorts management, etc.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience of working with Analytical tools, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint is a must
• Familiarity with any of the visualization softwares such as Tableau, power BI, etc. is preferred
• Prior work experience of 1+ year in analytics or data MIS function
• Willingness to understand the business operations
• Analytical mindset and ability to handle large volumes of data
• Fast learner - Self-motivated to learn & quickly manage stakehoders data requirements
• Work hard and aim to grow quickly. Care deeply about the quality of your work. Get things done quickly and actively.

Education: B.E./B.Tech or equivalent

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 1-3 years
