International Procurement Manager

Overview

The International Procurement Manager oversees global sourcing, supplier management, and procurement strategy to ensure cost-effective, high-quality, and compliant procurement. Must have experience in the Base oil , Chemical or Petrochemical field. This role requires strong negotiation, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Global Sourcing & Supplier Management Identify, evaluate, and manage international suppliers to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and reliability.
• Strategic Procurement & Cost Optimization Develop and execute procurement strategies, negotiate contracts, and analyze market trends to reduce costs.
• Compliance & Risk Management Ensure adherence to international trade regulations, mitigate supply chain risks, and manage procurement contracts.
• Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination Collaborate with logistics teams to optimize shipping, customs, and inventory management.
• Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with operations, finance, and production teams to align procurement with business objectives.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.

• Education: Bachelor's or Masters in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in international procurement or supply chain management.
• Must have experience Base oil , Chemical or Petrochemical field .

Preferred candidate profile

Background in lubricants, Oil or Retail, related petroleum and petrochemical industries is advantageous
