Data Scientist

This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning algorithms to maximize profitability. You'll be at the frontier of Data and AI Innovations, shaping how we collect, analyse, and leverage data.

• Understand business problems, making sense of the data landscape & footprint, performing a combination of Exploratory, Machine Learning & Advanced Analytics
• Identify value creation areas, evaluate predictive models & algorithms, create and experiment test approaches & outcomes
• Perform detailed partner pricing analytics including price elasticity studies, geographic / regional behavior analysis, discount trends, price bell curve analysis, and price-volume-mix effects
• Leverage advanced analytics to simulate pricing scenarios and assess impacts on profitability and market competitiveness for at-launch as well as post-launch support
• Keep a pulse on the rapidly evolving AI landscape and pioneer innovative solutions using the latest GenAI breakthroughs
• Present complex data findings to stakeholders with clarity and actionable insights
• Building a data ecosystem spreading across "System of Records", "System of Science" and "System of Insights"

Core competencies:

• Data Wizardry : Mastery in extracting, analyzing, and modeling data from diverse sources.
• AI & ML Mastery : Min 1 year experience delivering projects using ML techniques: Regression, Clustering, Decision Tree, etc.
• Code First Mindset : Strong proficiency in Python/SQL/R (or similar tools).
• Startup DNA : Comfortable in high-energy environments where speed, ownership, and impact matter.
