Nice working environment. Very supportive teamThere is flexibility with timings. No unnecessary interference.

Dislikes

It would be an ideal platform to work from home if the compensation is higher and one gets the salary on time. Also if career growth could be made possible, say annual increments and better scales for experienced trainers.

Work Details

The job is good, gives a lot of flexibility and satisfaction.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Likes

The company is innovative and prepares modules based on client requirements. It is progressing at a fast rate and the working environment is very pleasant. I am happy to be a part of this new concept and quite enjoy my sessions.

Dislikes

The compensation is not very attractive and there is hardly any growth .

Work Details

I enjoy my work as a trainer for spoken English. The flexibility is an advantage.
