Work culture, no work life balance. No skill development. Managers are god and need to praise them and they hv favourites and they take any suggestions front hen only and your opinion does not matter. Long term ppl don't allow you to grow and hike forget service based provide competitive hikes. Health insurance one of the worst. Lotof micromanagement.
