Nothing. The company especially the Bengaluru Location is like a Milk production Diary and the employees are the livestock. Once they are milked enough then they are sent out for Slaughter.

Dislikes

Everything. They hire you at a very high package, in fact way more than current market trends so that you don't get employed elsewhere after you join Citi. Then the work culture, management, pathetic bosses, layoffs and always uncertainty makes it so difficult to survive. Eventually you succumb or go with the flow to lose your mental balance.

- Work-Life balance is hectic. Have to work even on weekends - Worst management. There is no quality work and there is no core engineering happening here. - Lot of office politics especially in the Bangalore office. If you are a bootlicker, you will get good promotions. - Especially, managers in the USPB team in Bangalore are the worst. They don't have basic empathy and treat their employees like hell.
