Being a small company they try to give good compensation .

Dislikes

Still compensation is not the only thing they have to improve their culture also . Most of the people even at higher position do not know how to speak to their reportees,they almost fight like labourers no decency,they think being in the no work life balance culture is the only way to work. And only few People are running the company and will never let the culture or processes improve as they do not know outside world ....Read More
