There is nothing to like about this company,had very bad experience there. They even pay the employees properly.

Dislikes

There management, policies and highly unprofessional attitudes. And ofcourse their policy not to pay dues.

Likes

Being a small company they try to give good compensation .

Dislikes

Still compensation is not the only thing they have to improve their culture also . Most of the people even at higher position do not know how to speak to their reportees,they almost fight like labourers no decency,they think being in the no work life balance culture is the only way to work. And only few People are running the company and will never let the culture or processes improve as they do not know outside world .

Likes

I like nothing about this company .. There people are working in a shell which they will never leave..They have hardly any ethics of working . They hire to fire ...that's it . Ruthless people.

Dislikes

No upskilling. for 15 years company have not grown .they are same and they will always be same because they don't do cultural changes.

Likes

People are supportive throughout on one on one basis. Probation period waz very smooth.

Dislikes

No proper training is given regarding what would be the actual work. You will only learn when you will work in real scenario. No night allowance is given. No extra rewards or allowance for good work. Shifts have uneven timings. There's a stark difference between what you're promised at time of joining and what you'll be actually getting at the end.
