Food is good. Somedays, I feel like going to office and refresh my mood as the culture is good. I get alot of time working on my personal growth as the work life balance is really amazing.

Dislikes

Increments are like negligible. And I don't feel motivated to work hard as there is no reward. I mean, if an employee gets rewards like good increments, bonuses, etc. he'll definitely feel motivated and word harder. And due to this, there is no skill development as everyone is not giving their best and it kind of averages out the whole culture.

Dislikes

1 - Only boot lickers with no attitude towards work are promoted. Too much politics. 2 - 6% salary hike, worst among all the organizations. 3 - Management is just for name and politics, even VP doesn't know how the increment is done and how much fund will be given to the specific team. These decisions are made at SVP level which is too bad. They don't have a vision of how people will be promoted, they only aim for their profit and their own salary share. 4 - Managers highlight a simple work of a boot lockers as if he conquered the Himalayas.
