I would like to mention that AR Finance operations under the Director fiance Anil Rupani leadership is highly unsafe place to work, he is so egosistic that he doesnt have a tolerence if team member respond backs to him and have a different opinion - he will throw people in front of the HR and threaten them to be forecefully align with him. Additionally, he allows more previllages to women employees and has unfair and rude behaviour towards the male team members. Within his domain there are two teams one is extremely working hard day and night extending shift hours and other order management team takes extended breaks and never has extended shift except month but this is not visible to him and pushes only one team for extra work always.
