Calix is truly an excellent company that goes above and beyond in taking good care of it's employees. The leadership at Calix is not only top notch, but also consistently prioritizes employee satisfaction, making it a stand-out among other companies. They truly invest in industry standard tools, benefits , and culture, making the overall experience extraordinary for employees. It is truly inspiring and heartwarming to witness an India office like Calix doing such amazing things to support their workforce. The leadership team, comprised of individuals like Zach, Arun , and Julian, truly makes the Calix center one of the best in the industry. Their guidance and expertise have led to the development of a technical support division that is second to none, creating an environment where teams genuinely enjoy the work they do. It is truly a testament to the company's values that they prioritize their employees to such an extent that they even provide cabs for travel to the office and catered meals . This level of care and attention to detail is truly exceptional, especially coming from network infrastructure company. All in all, Calix sets a remarkable example of how a company should prioritize and invest in it's employees. Calix leaders are very supportive, I went through surgery before joining Calix, and other organizations were hesitant to offer me because of my medical condition but Calix India Head Zach told me" You don't need to worry about anything join Calix use our insurance, get your treatment done, and we will support you in all possible ways"

There is nothing to dislike about Calix, When we have Zach as our India head. Zach is the most amazing person you will ever come across.
