As an engineering manager, I see the company grow steadily, even though it's still relatively small in India. What truly stands out to me is the open culture and transparency across teams - regardless of the department, people are approachable and collaborative. The leadership at Calix is not only top notch, but also consistently prioritizes employee satisfaction, making it a stand-out among other companies. They truly invest in industry standard tools, benefits , and culture, making the overall experience extraordinary for employees. It is truly inspiring and heartwarming to witness an India office like Calix doing such amazing things to support their workforce. The leadership team, comprised of individuals like Zach, Arun , and Julian, truly makes the Calix center one of the best in the industry. Their guidance and expertise have led to the development of a technical support division that is second to none, creating an environment where teams genuinely enjoy the work they do. It is truly a testament to the company's values that they prioritize their employees to such an extent that they even provide cabs for travel to the office and catered meals .
