The current work environment fosters toxicity, regional politics, and even racism, creating an unfair and demoralizing atmosphere. There’s no scope for growth or opportunities to learn new skills, leaving employees stagnant and unmotivated. Top-level management shows little to no concern for employee well-being, while demanding excessive working hours that often exceed 14 hours a day. Nothing good here... manager level person doesn't know anything and want all work done from junior or freshers.

Dislikes

If you face any problem...no one listens to you all...even hr group is useless....i don't know why they hire people if they can't know how to treat people. Recommendation -Do not Join this company... nothing new is learning there.
