Dislikes

Management is unable to provide the environment in which the employees can feel empowered. Promotions are being done as favoritism thrives here. The promotions done are the people who lack most of the skills required. No work life balance, asks employees to provide services to the customer in a very harsh work environment with micromanagement being done by supervisors. Only few activities like diwali celebration and holi celebration was good but for that also u have to utilise your break to enjoy no extra breaks

Dislikes

The management has created stupid policies, very poor management. Even if u r performing well, if u are not well and took sick leave they wil scold you and u will also not be getting any approve leave in the furture. Rubbish!
