Work pressure was initially not too much but later on it was too much to get incentives you need to maintain AHT,Quality,CSAT-DSAT,Hold,Break leakage, Attendance. this were the parameter you need to maintain to get ₹10,000 as an incentive and it is too much difficult to maintain.

Dislikes

Management is unable to provide the environment in which the employees can feel empowered. Promotions are being done as favoritism thrives here. The promotions done are the people who lack most of the skills required. No work life balance, asks employees to provide services to the customer in a very harsh work environment with micromanagement being done by supervisors.
