They provide very low pay scale, even for experienced and freshers they provide difference of just 5-10k. For even 4 + years experienced person they provide 30 35k salary. They take reference candidates without even a single thought of their unskilled profile. People don’t know English language, people roam without slippers, very bad for HR department. worst culture. Payroll manager (single person is having monopoly, they don’t want new people for their insecurities) , Recruitment manager (who doesn’t even know using Naukri portal, not experienced In talent acquisition still there in position because of Reference) , in HR depart. People talk in abusing language, also asked to work on sundays as well without any compensations, not a good company for skilled person. Trust me your skill would have no value there in this company. Politics is so much in peak. They also take 80k amount for CSA hiring candidates and they don’t even refund that amount if you left. This is illegal. They have many illegal policies....Read More
