Dislikes

Senior management is pathetic. They talk rubbish, treat people like labour. Project is totally in the hands of seniors who are there in the company from 20. No involvement no transparency. There was no exit interview to highlight, even manager decided whether the employee will receive salary or not, based on their deliveries which is pathetic, also that’s not developer’s fault as their requirements keep on changing. It’s very unrealistic to survive in such team. Lot of people leaving their jobs from the same project I guess management should check and interfere it’s high time...Read More

A bit of easy environment, few bending of rules,if you have a good manager life would be easy, quite flexible working hours. You would be able to manage both home and work.

Delayed increment Delayed promotions Hikes are peanuts Not so much to learn.
