The work alloted to you is not on the basis of your experience and they ask you to do anything irrespective of your experience and the promotions are not given on the basis of your work only the one who do backbiting of other employees is eligible for promotions.

For fresher graduates, it's a good option to earn around 13k-16k /p.m.

Dislikes

Currently it's less like a banking industry and more like a call centre/BPO... On floor, No phone/ packed foods or drinks/any digital devices like smart bands are also not allowed... And Irony is that BGSS is into digital payments support and services. Promotions and appraisals are done on biased basis. No annual bonus or any other monetary benefits as such. (Not even a diwali sweet for its employees)...Read More
