ATM Analyst - Digital Banking

Role & Responsibilities:

• Automate repetitive tasks and complex workflows using Excel functions, VBA macros, Power Query, and Power Automate.
• Develop and maintain custom Excel-based automation tools for data processing, reporting, and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and automate manual tasks.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Excel automation solutions.
• Create and update documentation for automated processes and workflows.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency in automated processes.
• Train team members on best practices and use of automated Excel tools.
• Provide ongoing support and improvements for automation solutions

Job specific skills Work Experience

• Advanced Excel Skills: Strong expertise in Excel functions, formulas, pivot tables, charts, conditional formatting, and data visualization.
• VBA & Macros: Proficient in writing, debugging, and optimizing VBA code for automation and task management.
• Power Query & Power Automate: Experience using Power Query for data transformation and Power Automate to create end-to-end workflows.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and create automated reports.
• Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to find solutions to automation challenges.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in all tasks, particularly when working with large datasets.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple automation projects and meet deadlines

Educational Qualification

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum Experience

• Minimum 1 years of experience in Excel automation or a similar role.
• Experience with other automation tools or programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.
