Account Management Services (RLBO-Maker)

Role & responsibilities

• Read through scanned copy of application form and other documents in the workflow to identify relevant information important from an account opening perspective.
• Enter information in the appropriate fields in the workflow.
• Submit application for further processing.
• Send application back to scrutiny step if it has errors e.g. mandatory fields not filled / partially filled, name / address, mismatch between application and supporting proof etc.
• Correct entered information based on the documents in case the application has been returned by the Checker.
• Any other necessary activities to complete processing of documents.

Preferred candidate profile

• Relevant experience preferably in the BFSI domain (preferred though not mandatory)
• Exceptional typing skills and eye for detail.
• Minimal instances of rework / minimal errors.
• Ability to spot errors and escalate these to Checkers / Scrutinizers / TLs as required.
• Detail-oriented with strong ability to manage process and time.
• Ability to work in a flexible and production-oriented environment.
• Must be able to work in a high stress environment while delivering a high-level of customer service.
• Must be willing and able to work as part of a team.
• Strong capability to work in multiple systems - paperless environment.
• Must be willing to work in strict security environment.
