Job Description: Collection (Daily Walk-Ins)
Collection (Outbound Process) - Debt Recovery Executive
Position Purpose: Recovery of debt through calls to the customers of Bank of Baroda collection.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Make Outbound calls to customers and inform them about their overdue and convince
them to pay the outstanding premium.
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
• Target based calling with a major focus on conversion.
• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts.

Job Specific skills :

Team player who can also function well independently.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• The ability to learn new things quickly and implement them efficiently,
within very tight timelines.
• Flexibility with the Week-off.
• Problem solving skills.
• Minimum 18 to Maximum 35 years of Age.

Educational Qualification:

. Minimum HSC Passed or 3 years of diploma (With equivalency certificate)
• DRA certified will be preferred but not required.
• Experience of working in BPO.

Minimum Experience:

Freshers or minimum 6 months of experience in customer service.

CTC offered: Compensation will not be a limiting factor for the right candidate.

Timings: 10:00am to 4:00pm

lalbaug, manjalpur, Vadodara, Gujarat.
