Job brief:

1. Recovery from patients on overdue and unsettled cases.
2. Collaborate Closely with Lenders and Internal Stakeholders on the recovery part.
3. Taking Initiative and Capable devising innovative solutions to enhance collection rate.
4. Should be able to handle hospital and patient escalation on obtaining the NOC from lenders.
5. Should have a good communication skill and should be fluent in Kannada, English, Hindi and Telugu
6. Should be capable of creating and publishing daily reports and data creation, must have a good understanding of working on Google Sheets and Excel.

Skill Sets:

1. 2-3 years of debt collection background
2. Must be confident, proactive and take ownership
3. Organized and detailed oriented
4. Ability to solve problems and Meet Deadlines.
5. Ability to work efficiently and independently.
