Key Skills- Fresher, Field Sales, Open Market, Mortgage Loan, Loan Against property.

Location- Karjat, Kalyan, Thane, Dombivali, Nerul, Mira Road, Borivali, Virar, Boisar.

Qualification- 10 Pass, 12 Pass, Any Graduation.

Experience- Fresher/ 6 Months to 05.00 Years in open market.

CTC to be provide- 16000 K in hand/ 3.75 LPA CTC

Responsibilities:

• Initiate Daily, Weekly and Monthly sales planning.

• Effective communication of individual target expectation and team target expectation to the team and plan accordingly.

• Adherence of day wise sales plan for self and his team for market activities.

• Ensuring regular follow up to track progress of team and take corrective action wherever required.

• Ensuring proper planning and availability of resources in advance for all market activities, coordinate with Branch Manager for activities which will be done in conjunction with other branch staff.

• Maintain daily sales efficiency by ensuring leads are updated in daily sales report by team.

• Initiate NPA customer calling for pending payments.
