We are currently hiring apprentices for Domestic Voice Process - Outbound at Vadodara location.

Job details

• Role: "Apprentice - Debt Recovery Agent (Domestic Voice Process - Outbound)"
• Location: Vadodara (GJ)
• Job type: Full time (Work From Office)
• Experience: Fresher
• Stipend:- HSC Passout: Rs.11000/- per month

Graduates: Rs.13000/- per month

Job description

• Make Outbound calls to customers and inform them about their loan overdue and convince them to pay the outstanding loan amount.
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
• Target based calling with a major focus on conversion.
• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts.

Desired candidate profile

• Qualification: Minimum HSC & above 
• Immediate joiner
• Can communicate fluently in Hindi & Gujarati
• Passion to work in a call centre
• Shall not be pursuing any kind of education at present
