Role & Responsibilities: MIS, Complaints MIS, Callings, Coordination with Bank Team
Prepare and maintain accurate and timely MIS related to complaints.
Manage complaints associated with CBDC.
Make calls to relevant stakeholders for issue resolution and follow-up.
Coordinate with internal bank teams to ensure issues are addressed and resolved.
Provide regular updates to management on the status of complaints.
Support in troubleshooting and resolving any operational or customer issues related to CBDC.
Job Specific skills :
Proficiency in English with good communication skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to handle data, prepare reports, and maintain databases efficiently
